The DC3–Batch Control System allows you to automate your treater truck programs.

The DCB (DC3 Batch) system is the most comprehensive, advanced automated chemical batching system on the market. Equipped with multiple batching methods and an automated slip stream flush valve, you will have the ability to batch and treat based on any protocol you can come up with.

UNIQUE FEATURES SUCH AS:

The VistaFCV–Flush systems allows you to set routine, automated slip stream flushes on your continuous injection points.

All of the great features of the Vista, but with the ability to operate a slip-stream flush valve at certain times, duration, or on demand. With a custom flush interval schedule, take control over how long and often fluids are circulated.

MIRADOR Lite

Since the initial launch of the flagship Mirador system, DC3 has seen automation become more widely adopted while market conditions have caused low-rate injection points to become more cost/labor burdensome for both operators and CSP's.

In response to a market gap for fit-for-purpose on these marginal injection points, we created the Mirador Lite.

The Mirador Lite provides many of the same features and ease-of-use functionality people have come to love with the Mirador, but in a smaller limited package with reduced functionality - and price.  Perfect for less critical applications where automation may just make sense.

Monitor tank levels, voltage, amperage using the sophisticated data set from 1,000’s of Miradors in the field, algorithmically report and control rates.

Tank Level Only Monitoring

DC3's TLM offerings are designed to resolve common issues typically seen with TLM offerings in the marketplace.

Hardware: DC3 offers various hardware configurations are offered and explored to avoid inaccurate measurement readings and tank modification disputes seen with other out-of-the-box systems.

Communications: We are communications agnostic - we link our TLM system via any type of communications backbone that makes most sense for the specific customer and specific application.

Unlimited Polling: Since we are not an Netflix style company, most of our solutions provide unlimited polling at no additional cost to our customers.

DC3 Portal

In instances where there may not be an existing SCADA system, or there is a backlog of integration work for the IT/SCADA team, DC3 offers our own portal.
